By submitting your details and requesting a quote, you agree that:
Your details will be shared with Hero Clean for the purpose of providing a quote and carrying out services.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if details differ on inspection.
Payment is due directly to Hero Clean on their agreed terms.
Cancellations and refunds are handled fairly and reasonably by Hero Clean.
All work is carried out by Hero Clean. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to Hero Clean.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, Hero Clean may amend the quote before work begins.
Provide accurate details of your property and access.
Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.
Inform Hero Clean of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.
Payment is made directly to Hero Clean.
Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.
Hero Clean may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are at the discretion of Hero Clean.
Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.
Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with Hero Clean.
